sorry it has been FOREVER!!! life has just gotten super BUSY!!

not too much going on. Logan starts school in the very start of Janurary and is excited. He is happy to be starting a journey that will bring us a great future.

Kason is doing well. He is growing so much!! he is starting to laugh and loves to smile all the time. he squeals and makes little noises. LOVES to stick out his little tounge! :) he is such a great joy we are so blessed to have him in our lives.

I am doing well. We are getting our apartment finally unpacked. I have my scrapbook stuff almost all organized and we got a new desk/table for our computer and my scrapbooking! YAY!!!

its been a while sorry. we are doing well. Just enjoying Kason's baby days. i love that he is small and cuddley but i know that soon he will be all over the place causing mayham. lol anywho.. not too much going on. Kason went swimming for the first time lastnight at the YMCA here in town, he LOVED it. all calm and relaxed. we went with Adam and Carrie and Brinnon. I will have pictures up soon i have to develop them. i used a waterproof disposable camera.

Cabelas opened up here in Lacey, and its a madhouse. We went and walked a round for a bit, there were SO many people in there. But we got this cute picture of Kason. its funny!! :)

once upon a design

my sister, Amy Grendell, has just started a new bussiness with a friend and its awesome. Have you guys heard or seen those vinal lettering thingy's??? they are awesome because you can make crafts with them, signs, etc. but what i think is awesome is that they can go straight on your wall and if you like us and rent an apartment you have PLAIN white walls. Well with the vinal designs you can decorate your walls and when you move out, they peel right off!! how awesome? Also they are having a drawing for a free bird doodle, gotta check it out.

my mojo is BACK!

okay so i hadnt scrapped in like months, about 2-3!! insane! i totally lost my mojo and it sucked because i wanted to use some new kits i had gotten, but i just couldnt create anything. Well i finally broke that block and create some layouts of Kason!! some i cannot because the product is not out yet, but here is one that i can. so cute.

alot to think about.

so after debating, thinking, and discussing with Logan I have decided to stop designing digital scrapbooking products. It was fun, but then it became like a chore to me. I wasn't doing it because it was FUN to, i was now doing it because i felt like i had to. I was too worried about deadlines, and etc. that it just wasnt what i wanted to do anymore. so i have offically closed down my stores, cancled my designing blog.
One major reason i decided to do this was Family. With Kason here i have really thought about my life. About what is really important. I have taken so much for granted in my life. The main thing is Family. How important they are in ones life. I have grown up with a large family, i married into a large family, and we plan to one day have a large family of our own. I dont want to hussel and bussel of everyday life to take away the important little moments in everyday life, examples; cuddle time, reading books to children, baking because you like too, scrapbooking to keep memories alive, watching a movie with your hubby and baby, taking walks with your pup, talking to your hubby about nonsense, and just laying in bed on a weekend morning and just being relaxed.
So now i want to make sure i do those things, and ENJOY them. I want to weed out the "wants" in my life and make sure that the "needs" of myself and those around me are fulfilled first.

6 WEEKS OLD

hey everyone. soryy its been a while. we are doing good. tired. Kason and I both got colds. mine is almost gone, but still feel like yuck. poor Kason cant breathe. hopefully it will go away soon.

happy halloween everyone!! I hope everyone is having a good week so far and will have a great night tonight. I thought so pictures where awesome. i love the pumpkin of Jack from Nightmare Before Christmas.

We dont have any huge plans or anything. Kason is WAY to young to trick or treat or anything but he does have a super cute pirate costume! So we are going over to my parents and his dads to show him off and then just hang out at home and watch scrubs :) we have the fifth season on DVD. its awesome :) we defiently love that show. Also i have been watchings Greys Atnomy. yah im addicted. lol. i watched it from 6pm lastnight until 1am. i have seasons 1-3 on DVD and im in the middle of 2.

I like being back at work, its nice to have a routine again, and to see the kiddos. I think we might go out to the library today, but not 100% sure on that one, lol im still getting use to all of them again.

I am back at work, and loving it! well i have only been here an hour though lol! but still lovin it! missed being here.Kason likes it too.. sleepin away in the swing. and of course Dannon is chasing the kittens around like no other. i think she is happy to have playmates again.

Kason turned a month offically yesterday. i can't believe its been a month, the time has flown by so quickly. scarey! before i know it its going to be 2 years down the road! yikes! anywho well i just wanted to hop on the computer and check in. here is a cute little picture of Addie i stole from Clara's blog (therigglefamily.blogspot.com)

This is Kason as of 20 minutes ago and still going. love it. he is so stinkin cute. I wonder what he is dreaming about??
anywho sorry its been almost a week. Just got swept away with this week. its going by so quickly.
Logan has been out hunting the last two weekends. this is the last of the season... thank goodness, its all he has been talking about. lol. dont get me wrong i am super happy for logan. he loves doing this and he is extra excited when the weekends come around.
Kason turned 4 weeks tomorrow! HOLY HECK! no way! seriously! i have his birth annoucments, turned out SUPER cute, will be mailing those out shortly. already addressed the envelopes in all.
I go back to work next week. I am excited to be back to normal routine, but i sure do love staying at home all day too! :)

i can't believe that our little man is already 3 WEEKS! insane!! i was taking his pictures because he has the cutest little onsie on, and realized that he is 3 weeks old. oh man! i love every minute of it. being a mom is something unexplainable. i love cuddleing with him, kissin him, huggin him, even waking up in the middle of the night and feeding him, because that makes me his momma!! here are some pictures from today. I made the onsie using Tia Bennett's robot doodles (up at 2peas) and i hand stitched it on the shirt.
this is a classic Kason face, and i LOVE it. he makes it ALL the time!

Hello Mr. Cutie

okay i know know every mother says they have the cutest kid, but just look at Kason!Not alot going on. Just watching movies and getting my computer all organized. Got all my files from my parents computer and now uploading them all unto ours. Ug it takes forever! then i am going to re-organize everything so its much cleaner and easier to navigate through when scrapbooking and designing.

hey everyone!! sorry its been a while. we have been so busy just spending time with Kason. Life is sure different with a baby and we would never have it any other way!!

At his two week update he weighed 8lbs 14oz and 21inches! our boy is growin!! he sleeps great too! he sleeps in his crib for 3 hours, then eats, then sleeps, then eats and so on.

I love just being at home, and not working but i do miss Addie and Ethan. Talking to Clara about everything and anything too! 2 more weeks.

WELCOME KASON!!!

hey everyone!!! i have been wanting to get on a computer for days!! Kason finally came FRIDAY!! Thursday i had an appointment with my dr. and we decided that a c-section would be the best. So we scheduled it Tuesday the 2nd at 7:30 am (today) well Friday morning i woke up, bleeding and my water had broke. So we headed off to the hospital were at 5:21pm Kason Fitzgerald was born by C-section. good thing too, this kid is HUGE! 9lbs 5oz. 20.5inches his head was 14.5 inches! lol beautiful baby!! here are some pictures to show off!!
